Upon checking in, the receptionist was rude and unhelpful, making our long journey feel even more draining. The hallway on the third floor reeked, and the noise from the guests above us was unbearable, keeping us up late into the night. To top it off, I had to track down the missing sheets for the pull-out sofa, which was an unnecessary hassle.

Aye, the room was dope! Beds was mad comfy, kitchen had everything we needed. Cece at the front desk gave us the lowdown on the place right when we checked in, she was super chill. Location's tight too, with Dunkin' right there. I ain't even get to use the pool 'cause it was chilly, but no complaints!
